Summary: If you want somewhere for bizarre happenings to occur over the sea, look no further than the enigmatic Bermuda Triangle. This formation is where mystery thrives and rumors spread. But none of them would have guessed...okay, maybe a few guessed that aliens were involved. Maybe more than a few, actually.

History: Below the waters of the Bermuda Triangle, they have waited. A water-based alien race of monstrous tentacles (and tentacles within tentacles) have risen from the depths to finally stake their claim and take over the world. And when the Navy inevitably arrives, it can only mean bloodshed. The humans are outgunned, outmatched, and outdone in their current state.

Notable Kills: Nothing special, though those weird floating robot orbs get the drop on at least one person.

Final Fate: After humanity presses the onslaught, the tentacles unleash their secret weapon, a giant mothership that starts blasting the beaches to oblivion. Thankfully, it's blown up, and the alien menace is destroyed. Hooray!

Powers/Abilities: Completely invulnerable to conventional weaponry.

Weakness: Heavy artillery.

Scariness Factor: 3-Water is hard to animate, that's for sure. So whoever decided the assaulting tentacles had to be mostly comprised of it is probably not all that popular at gatherings. Because once more, the otherwise frighteningly bizarre threat here is undone by bad CGI. Still, at least the idea was more original than usual, and one could see a standard army cower before what came from above and then below.

Trivia: -The Bermuda Triangle is the area connected by Florida, Puerto Rico, and the island of Bermuda. It is said that any piece of machinery that enters there just up and vanishes. People attribute it to things like involuntary time-travel, aliens, and other paranormal events. Even whales are said to have their echolocation thrown off by the place.

-This film was directed by Nick Lyon, a one-hit wonder who managed to get actor Maximillian Schell an Academy Award with his 2000 film "I Love You, Baby". How he fell this hard from grace is anyone's guess.
